14.25    Leaving for the nose specialist in Worcester c. 10.30, returning 11.55. There is nothing that can be done for my nose other than a full nose job: the cartilage operation when I was 18 has removed so much of it that any new work to reshape the deviated septum would likely trigger a collapse in the bridge.

There we are. How I suffer. I suffer so much.
